Customer Question

i filed 4-5 for ch 13. i am not confirmed yet. i have been trying to catch up and prepare for this long 5 years being strapped by using the first 30 days before my payment had to start to get myself together. i had a payment show up as delinquent exactly 30 days from day i filed. which i'm confused if they weren't to start for 30 days, and i'm paid biweekly, how 1400 is delinquent on day 30. so know i'm freaking out i'm behind and i should have used those checks in april for mays payment and may for june's. i'm getting in as much as i can this week but will still be behind. will the trustee dismiss me this fast? or do i have until confirmation to fix this?

cortrightlaw : Yes the first payment is due 30 days after you file, even before your plan is confirmed, each trustee is a little different button should be fine as long as you get current prior to confirmation. They will not confirm your plan if you are not current.
