Hi - my name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm a Bankruptcy litigation attorney here to assist you.

If the bankruptcy was dismissed, everything reverts back as if you never filed. If your mortgage is delinquent, foreclosure can begin immediately, other property can be repossessed, etc. The worst thing often can be that any claim you compromised or reduced to pay in the plan, it all agreements are void. Yes, your attorney can advise you on any other issue as long as he/she agrees.

A bankruptcy generally stays on your credit report for 7 years from the filing date.
