i have researched both ak associates and ipetions and niether one of them have very good reviews. are there any other options?

 

You may have to use a local petition preparer service or local paralegal service.

Yes, these will help, but you have to complete the forms by yourself, if you can follow the instructions you can use these forms, as they are the official Federal bankruptcy forms.
