Customer Question

As a creditor do I have a right to ask for an extention at the scheduled creditors meeting? He has failed to respond to our original request for documents and most recently a supoena was issued for the same documents that I am yet to recieve?

You could ask for an extension, if you have a valid reason.

It is not a guarantee that the Court Trustee will allow it,

You would have to contact the Trustee directly and and ask for an extension or another creditors meeting, the trustee in most cases will not do this unless you have a significant reason.
