Bankruptcy Law Questions? Ask a Bankruptcy Lawyer.
Hi - my name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm a Bankruptcy litigation attorney here to assist you.
You must pass the means test, which was implemented by the 2005 amendments. Here's an article on that: http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/article-29907.html
You must also have a certificate of credit counseling. The court or your attorney can help you find a local program that you can apply for.
