Resolved Question:

We are creditors in bankrupcty case. Trial scheduled for tomorrow. Friday discovered and turned over to judge Defendants did not comply with judge's instructions and violated Rule 16(f) which can result in sanctions, including, but not limited to, the exclusion of evidence, imposition of monetary or non-monetary sanctions, or judgment being entered against the offending party. Defendants did not file required documents with courtroom deputy. Can trial still take place?

Although it is possible for the judge to not allow the trial, it is more common to postpone it.
