Bankruptcy Law Questions? Ask a Bankruptcy Lawyer.
What is your legal question, please? (What would you like to know?)
If you have a Bankruptcy on your credit report that does not belong to you, you just have to contact each one (or all 3) that has the Bankruptcy on their report.
If you notify them of their mistake, they must remove the Bankruptcy.
There are 3 credi-reporting bureaus (Tranunion, Experian, Equifax). I meant each one that has the Bankruptcy listed, or all 3 if all 3 have it listed.
Sometimes only one or 2 credit bureaus have certain information.
