Thank you for your question. I am a Florida lawyer.

All personal property in Florida is not exempt. Florida has a $1000 property exemption under Florida's Constitution, Article 10, Section 4(a)(2). Florida Statute 222.25(4) allows an additional $4,000 personal property exemption if the debtor does not utilize the homestead exemption.
