I am a small creditor...
I am a small creditor and have been sent a notice of motion for the debtor to be at bankruptcy court on Thursday It is a chapter 11. I am without funds. Do I just show up?
Have my proof? I do not need legal council with me I hope I just really want the money they owe me . Thank you for your quick response lmb
