US trustee filed extend time to object to discharge until Feb,

Resolved Question:

US trustee filed extend time to object to discharge until Feb, 28, 2010. Two days before deadline we contact the US trutee. The answer was if you do not her from us by Feb 28, then the case should go to discharge.

Pacer is only showing EXTOBDIS, MEANSNO. as flags
It is almost 5 days and still have not heard anything about discharge.

Does the flag EXTOBDIS in pacer needs to be deleted before the case get discharged? Anythinbg needs to be done to initiate the discharge process?

The court probably has a flag to keep a case open for a set period after the last event. If you have completed all of the case requirements, mainly filed your debtor education certificate. Then the clerk will close the case. Try calling the court clerk to confirm. They can double check for you. Those codes refer to the extention if time to object to discharge- extobdis, and meansno means your means test said you were ok for chapter 7 as you filed. Thanks and good luck.
