Resolved Question:

We have a $100,000 judgement against us in a dispute over a retail lease space contract. I understand that family cars can be attached in cases like this, but that we are allowed a certain number of cars that cannot be attached. My family consists of my wife and myself, a daughter who is 18 and a dependent in college and a 21 year old son, also a dependent.

Each member of the family can exempt one motor vehicle. Texas Property Code 42.002(a)(9).

Hope this helps.
