If I have filed Chapter 7, and if another party files a tortious

Customer Question

If I have filed Chapter 7, and if another party files a tortious interference claim against me, is any judgement dischargeable?

if the chapter 7 is still pending you need to claim the suit in the bankruptcy and the case would be stayed and any judgement would be dismissed. If the chapter 7 was discharged already you need to reopen the case and list it if it happened within 6 months
