What chapter did you file under?

Was your case dismissed with or without prejudice?

Was you case dismissed for failure to abide by court orders?

Did you request a voluntary dismissal of your case after one of your creditors filed a motion for relief from automatic stay?

i filed chapter 13. i do not know if it was dismissed without prejudice. it was dismissed for failure to comply with court orders which was for failure to pay my mortage payment. i did not request a voluntary dismissal.

Ok, to be on a safe side, you need to wait six months before you file again. Since the case was dismissed in November, you can safely file in May.
