A creditor, including Citibank, cannot take action against you without obtaining specific permission from the bankruptcy court.

When a bankruptcy is filed, an automatic stay goes into effect. This stops or prevents all action against the debtor. Only the bankruptcy court can grant a creditor relief from stay to effectuate a repossession. Typically that would not occur until after the first meeting of creditors.
