Can I be forced to sell car, motorcycle, guns

This answer was rated:

It appears a judgment creditor may be trying to force me to sell car, motorcycle, guns, etc., to satisfy a judgment against me for medical bills. Can they do this?

DearCustomer

Unfortunately, the laws of your state may allow your creditors to attach the judgment to your assets to force their sale.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, or require clarification of this matter. Otherwise please hit "ACCEPT", so I may receive credit for my response. Tips and feedback are also appreciated.

Good Luck!
