Your situation is coming down to valuations of pre-and post subdivision, and the cost of the subdivision process itself which can be a very expensive exercise. You need to look at the overall picture on this matter. And daddies is justified to do the subdivision based on the cost and where you get the monies that you think you're getting for that subdivision.

Then you need to speak to survey if you concerned about the subdivision in the legal cost subdivisions can cost up to $50,000.

Your legal costs and surveyor cost in town planning cost could all end up costing you $50,000. You need to prepare with you've got that budget or not.

The reason why I keep explaining to you that cost associated is whether you are prepared to meet those costs because subdivision can even cost more today.
