After 8 days she moved out and we returned all her rent money including bond. So she was living 8 days for free. Now she wants $ 260 for carpet, two years storage fee for the same carpet and then disposal fee for it. a total of nearl $ 5000.I have offered her to buy the carpet out of good will, she never replied to that email. Now she lodged a vcat complaint with hearing in March. It is one big joke. What can i do ot make sure i do not need to pay for this outrages claim?
