I am a father of 4 children. My ex has had an avo put on me
I am a father of 4 young children. My ex has had an avo put on me by the NSW police in Nov 2019. This has been contested by myself since then. I have had multiple applications to vary from the NSW police. I have represented myself and had 2 of the applications to vary revoked in court. However the initial avo is being heard this thursday Sept 10th. I am hopeful that I can get it dismissed, since there is no evidence and all allegations are false. The mother is deliberately isolating tand alienating the children from me at the instruction of her family lawyer to have no contact. This is not an avo condition or any condition from any orders.
