If not then they have not made a decision yet.

Hi, I have an issue ( complaint) about VicRoads. Apparently my licence was suspended in March 2019. I only discovered this today via my daughter who was driving a car registered in my name. On the 16th July my licence was suspended by Vic Road for Health Issues. Vic Roafs sent a letter on 7th May which I Didn't receive prior to going away on the 14th May. We were away long than anticipated due to lockdown rules. On the way home on the 22nd September I had a car accident whilst towing caravan. Hubby taken to hospital. Police interview me at hospital and informed me my licence had been suspended. Our mail was held while we were away. My question is when there was no proof of me receiving that letter from VicRoads how can they suspend licence with out 8nforming me by some other means.
