I own land that is the recipient of a right of way (ROW)

Hi there, I own land that is the recipient of a right of way (ROW) easement (Landowner A - Dominant)). It is written as 9 foot or 2.7mtrs wide and covers a distance of approximately 95mtrs long with two corners included. My neighbour (Landowner B - Servient), resides to the south, or rear, of my property. My neighbour to the east (Landowner C) has completely taken over the area of the right of way, accessing it at the back of his yard, like a back lane. He has spread his possessions across the length of the area, storing unused building materials, timber, old windows, roof tin, metal structures, greenhouse, bricks and many large water tanks. At either end he has installed multiple active bee hives, preventing safe footway or carriageway. He also has chickens that are left to roam the untidy area. He has put a thin layer of wood chips over discarded garden tree prunings, and recently planted tubestock of trees and shrubs, but the area would now be a haven for vermin and attract snakes. All of this extends behind his property and my own land. I am unable to access the beginning of the ROW to get to my rear yard. I do not have a driveway at my front yard. Landowner C has a front driveway, and can access his land from front to back using his own vehicle driveway. It is not known if he is also a recipient of the existing ROW shown in deeds. How do get him to remove his possessions back into his own yard and then be able to access and maintain the ROW as I am allowed to do?

Advised Landowner C that he has blocked the right of way to the point it is not accessible to me. I have asked him to move his possessions, animals and plants. He replied that I was not using it and it is not wide enough for a vehicle to traverse due to the corners. I have researched online via Land Services and obtained four deeds showing evidence of the right of way being granted and extended, modified between Landowners A and B.

Not that I can think of. I am annoyed that people take advantage of others and law abiding persons continually have to defend themselves at great cost and personal stress.
