nsw central coast the wyong shire council apparantly made 13 house historical, with no notification and put into the local library over xmas new year holidays. we were in nz my husband was a builder and we would have known if we received a letter. LEP13 was listed 1st Novermber 2019. My neighbour bought in 2016 with no knowledge it was under this order, nor did other neighbours that I talked to.It has destroyed our health and wealth. At 72 he had to renovate the broken down cottage, his heart blew out to an anaraism, a heart attack and stroke, he has no speech and unable to move right hand. I was given verbal permission to remove a council tree in front of my new house back in Aug 2020. I meet the council inspector on site to discuss placing my new crossover in where the tree was. He and I both made diary notes and when I wanted to apply for the crossover permit he would make sure it was all ok. Yesterday I was told that I cant move the tree.
