I have purchased an airline ticket with Qantas, it has been cancelled. I was receiving email from the company telling me to make a decision before the end of this month. Either a voucher for travel till 12 after booking ( which was August 2020) or a refund, with penalty. I didn't feel safe to travel to New York this year so chose refund. Since the airline had offered full refunds and today it has announced it will be extending the travel voucher to 2021. ..... I have not received an email confirming acknowledgment. My booking is still in the system, but crashes when I try and enter. Where do I stand ??? Can as they change their mind constantly.... ask for voucher instead so I do not lose money...
