I purchased a pair of shoes which were online purchase only, I had them sent to my local store for pick up, on pick up the store manager was training another person, they filled out whatever they had to on comp, got me to sign the docket & handed me the shoes without asking me to try on the shoes before signing which meant I now had possession of the shoes. I said I probably should try them on, one shoe fitted perfectly the other shoe was so tight I had problems getting it on, the sales people didn’t once offer me any assistance in this, the manager just said sure it’ll stretch.

When I had tried it on before, but it was making my foot go purple, so I took the shoe back on Tuesday for a refund but was told their policy is no refund for change of mind & also as I had signed the docket, before being told once I sign the shoes are mine or to try the shoe on beforehand. This is not a change of mind issue, I actually love the shoes & really wanted them, but there’s no way I can wear a shoe to stretch it while it’s making my foot go purple.
