My son James did not get any insurance money from Alliance insurance after an incident at his property where the house burnt down. James has a DVO out against him from partner Rebecca but the truth of the matter is James is not violent and never did any of those things she said on the DVO. Hence James became suicidal from the negative, nasty, drama and lies she spun about James and that she projected at him and he did the wrong thing by going to the house and set himself alight. She got all the insurance payout for items in the house and half James stuff was in the house. James could not respond at the time as he was either in a coma or in hospital. If James was genuinely violent a nurse in the hospital would not have said of him that he is the best patient she has ever had and she wished all her patients were like James. Rebecca has brought a false DVO against James to take away their son from him and get more money out of him as she is super greedy and was wanting a 5 bedroom house, a 35,000 dollar pool, get married 20 grand plus have another child which James said all no to as he was heavily in debt with the house mortgage and she has spited him with this DVO and taking their son away from him. She is the violent one as she has had a knife in James face and a fork in James face once when he asked a simple question on 2 occassions of would she go back to work and help with mortgage payments. She does not want to work as she does not get on with people. I believe she is psychotic and possibly bi-polar. She has massive anger plus controlling, manipulative, greedy, sly, fraudulent behaviour as twice she stripped the joint bank account. She is a liar, thief, spiteful, hatred, jealousy and betrayal. My son is a peacemaker and a very loving, gentle, kind and caring person and was driven to suicide from her disgusting behaviour. That is what he did wrong. He got no insurance money from Alliance as they said James was not living there at the time even though James paid all the insurance and Rebeccas name was on the insurance too.

No there was no protective order. James had a bed, clothes, shoes, furniture, and many personal items such as gold, and silver small ignots, watches, guitar etc.

From James perspective there has never been abuse to her only abuse to James from Rebecca. Rebecca even swore at their son Elliott once and threw him down on the hard wooden floor hitting his head to change his nappy. She was super lazy in the house and did very litle housework as abused me one day when James was so upset one saturday morning and asked me and my daughter to help with the housework which we did. When Rebecca came home I got severely verbally abused by Rebecca Gough. Rebecca went to the poice to get the DVO and the poile had to come when James was burnt 82% burnt and was rushed to hospital and we almost lost him twice. Once he did die but the quick action of the doctors saved him.

This woman is a toxic emotional drama queen that has caused a lot of problems and she got all the insurance money re emergency relief etc as I believe the insurance has heard James has a DVO against him and discriminated against him thinking he is the pepetrator and from the suicide attempt he was at his lowest as she drove him to that but prior to that no.
