I have been living in a town house complex since 2018 and
I have been living in a town house complex since 2018 and have my two cats on my tenancy agreement. I have complied with the body corporate's demand to enclose my patio area with cat netting. I have also complied with every other demand they have made regarding my cats at my own expense. In the last 18months I have seen a change in the estate agent and the addition of several other cats to the complex. However I did not receive the letter from the estate agent until 6th April and my cats have not escaped my lot that I am aware of since before Christmas. Is there anything I can do? I live alone and my cats are my only company. I lost my job recently and suffer mental health issues. … read more
