If the lawyer who has issued correspondence seeking the takedown of the review the lawyer needs to demonstrate that it is defining to another party and that they have taken the necessary notice of issuing a concerns notice to the defendant to take the on that particular article. If the solicitor has not detail that they have already issued a concerns notice, to the defendant, then you do not need to take the article down until such notification is confirmed.
