My husband is now divorced from his ex wife from the 30th of Jan 2018. They have a house but no children, she is refusing to leave the property. We have tried mediation and several options to have her respond to which she either refuses or provides us with lawyer details that are not representing her. My husband paid the mortgage for the first 12 months of them separating, having to stop payments May 2017 as she was refusing to settle the matter. She doesnt work, that we are aware, and now she has lodged a ombudsmen complaint with the bank which has been pending for 12 months, and whilst their former marital home mortgage is now $51k in arrears, we are getting no closer to having her evicted and the house sold. … read more
