Dear Madam, Good Evening. My Complaint rests with the CBA, Camberwell Branch, Victoria. May I please proceed with my query as to how to commence action against fraudulent tampering of my Credit Card, which has long since been closed. The bank is manufacturing excuses to continue to debit my Credit Card. which has been closed. I have also had tampering of my expenses on my Said Visa Credit Card with the Commonwealth Bank. I am constantly paying and repaying. And so forth, on my debit balance on my Said Credit Card with the Commonwealth Bank. I have ripped off of about $3,000 or so thousand dollars. They are well aware I am unemployed and that no income is being deposited into my Daily Transaction Account. The whole purpose is collusion with person/persons Unknown to deplete me of my Funds and to wipe Me Out completely and drive me into bankruptcy. For reasons I am unaware of. I, Thus, seek your Advice and Assistance as to how this constant Fraaudulent Activity can be terminated and Order restored to my Financial Matters. I bank with Commonwealth Bank. On 5th August 2018, I
I bank with Commonwealth Bank. On 5th August 2018, I transferred $1000 from one of my accounts with CBA to another account with the same bank. Then I tried to remit $1000 via Western Union to Kiribati to assist with a family funeral. The transaction was unsuccessful and when I queried with Western Union I was informed that CBA had declined approval. I then rang CBA and the person I spoke to said that the money had to be cleared and may take up to 5 days to process. This is ridiculous as the funds had come from another account with CBA and should not be subject to clearance. It is more than a week now with the Western Union transaction on my bank statement showing as "pending". I've been informed by Western Union that CBA needs to credit the money into my account but CBA is insisting that the money is with Western Union. Can you please help resolve the matter. Thank you.
