My Dad passed away last year on the 31dt. My Dad passed away
I only just received a copy of his will Today that was made in the hospital one week before his death. My brother and my Dad's wife's daughter were present and made themselves executors at the time. I just received a phone call from my brother saying that there was money in his bank account and apparently my Dad told him he could have it. I don't know if that's true or not. My Dad's car was given to my niece a few days after his death. I don't believe that he would want only one of us to have it, as I also have an older brother. My brother has already spent the money. My question is, why wasn't it divided equally between us? I only have my brother's word on this, and don't believe my Dad would leave all of his money to only him. Where do I stand Please? … read more
