My boss's reasoning was the communication wasn't working.The real reason she sacked me was because she didn't like me texting her most paydays about my pay whether it it was asking when she was going to pay us or why gas she under paid me again when it is as clear as day what hours I worked.our pay day was weekly on a Friday but it was never a consistant time. U could be Waiting UNTIL midnight even until Saturday morning. Plus more so than not she would under pay and I would ask why and sometimes not even get a response.
