I have been fighting my former employer Samaritans over the
Hello , my name is***** and I have been fighting my former employer Samaritans over the extreme victimization of myself and former colleges by management. This also impacted the lives of the people we support by the changing or shredding of documentation that relates to their everyday care. I was bullied with trumped up charges to the point that my mental and physical health was put in danger so I quit. Four months after I quit they came after me and another staff member who had refused to sign off on a false statement. The statement would have totally destroyed my reputation in the industry making it impossible for me to attain work in this sector again. With the help of five former work colleges we approached Samaritans asking for the investigation to be reopened, they finally agreed and conducted an investigation using an external investigator. The investigators finding were submitted to Samaritans two months ago and we have been receiving updated from management saying that there were matters that need to be looked into and another investigation is about to be opened, I have hard copies of proceedures and protocols to back up their fraudulent behaviour and as I said this has been a two year exersice and now I believe they are using delay tactics which could possibly be them trying to assemble more lies on myself and former colleges. At this stage I am looking for legal advise so I know which way to go from here. Thank you for your time, Carol. … read more
