If the mould issue is coming from the common areas within the building that is extended from the common areas into the parliament as a result of poor maintenance and care by the body corporate with respect to the apartment complex, then in this particular case a claim can be raised against the body corporate for negligence.
This type of claim needs to be carefully prepared and planned based on the plans of subdivision and how the mould has entered into the property. You would need a biochemist in respect to their services which they are also known as a mould doctor.
Numerous property owners have faced this type of issue in the past and they have all been successful in arguing matters associated with plans of subdivision common areas etc.
