Defrauded in on line scam - inbox red an options trading company. On night of 5/12 they closed all my positions at massive losses (tome) and then took cash advances on three credit cards of approx 110K, 12K and 5K. I apparently gave them access tony oc - they c called in middle of night and I wa affected by medication. The banks blocked acmes to my internet banking so haver been unable to see transactions and therefore some of what I. told them over the phone was inaccurate. They do not appear too have any belief that I allowed others to access my PC and the ANZ has made it's decision that I entered the cash advances er transaction myself. I certainly did not. I am in absolute hell. I've lost a total of $155,000 and am now on a "sucker list"{ and being called by recovery agents. Currently being courted by guy who says he's from "recovery gov" who are an EU agency that assists in recovering money - I can by some "in surname" (that apparently will cover Medicine retrospectively!!!!) for $300 - still stringing him along but suspect the $300 is just first fee and further amounts would be required (like Nigerian scams). Need help dealing with banks, my financial affairs, I am too ill to work (severe ADHD and impulse control issues. depression, anxiety and severe chronic pain. Forced into a program at Wyndham hospital in April 2018 - I had to take time off my job as a Senior Technical Ocficer at Telstra and never got back to work. Receiving Telstra Super salary insurance (75% of wage + super) which will run out in July. Have applied to NDIS who's first decision was that none of my conditions was permanent (despite GP tic king "permanent" box for three of them) - the appeal took five months nd I had to threaten to kill myseklf before they wolf actually commit to doing it (it took six months). They were too afraid to send me the result letter and relayed the result to the recep[tionist at my psychiatrist's office. I was therefore never informer that I had 100 days from date of that decision to appeal. I finally obtained this letter a few months ago (long after the 100 days has gone) and several conditions are now considered as permanent but other points of investigation not accepterd. I think an appeal would actually be successful - so I need to find grounds for appeal (When speaking too the NDIA they say that file shows that a letter was mailed to me a few days after the appeal decision - which it most definitely was not). I also need to apply to Telstra Super for permanently unable to work due to illness and get a payout which would be around $500K. Finally I have four years of tax returns that have pulled up - the last four years have been particularly hard - I am alone, most of my friends have deserted me and I haver no motivation and regularly think about suicide (I have the plan and the means readily available). I know there's a lot to unpack in all that - but initially I need to get the banks off my back - ANZ, NZB and Lstitrude 28 degreee. NAB is where I have a mortgage -0 currently at 270K but I have refused to pay anything to NAB or ANZ until my internet banking (view only) access is granted. I need help disputing and correcting the statements (which are simply what I've said over the phone - nothing in writing) so that they are correctly investigating what I actually know has happened. The account I've given them relates to the [revioous evening NOT the night in question and this needs to be corrected. Other issues need to be dealt with subsequently but my financial affairs are uppermost and of desperate importance. I spent 34 hours on the phone with banks etc last week - 12 of gthose were on hold! The bank process of investigating credit card fraud is highly flawed - whatever you say over the phone is taken as your evidence. The blocking of my access to see what has happened to my accounts prevents one from defending oneself and should be illegal. I need two see my accounts and I need correct statements to be sent to the banks so that the invetysigations are not based on invalid;id data.
