no but heres my problem, my property is tenanted and i want them removed because (1) they have repainted most of the interior of the home, after i had spent many dollars using tradesmen to paint an redecorate the home one month prior their moving in. (2) they removed the side entry mesh door and fitted at the front entrance. (3) they moved into the home in march 2017, and have not yet signed up to the water suppler (city west water) for water usage despite my have indicating them to do so, i pay all water services except user charges which now come to $1169.30.
