Hello, can a breach of a variable exsistiing order, be changed, by the aggrieved, as the respondant and him, agreed to dropping new excisting orders againt each other, as the aggrieved has decided to leave queensland to move back home to perth, as their is alot of bad influences that plays both parties against each other, so the respondand is sorry and wants to follow thw applicant back to perth to salage their relashionship, in return for dropping the new protection orders against each other, that the applicant applied to the court to help him get angermanagment course of some kind to better help himself and to pleade guilty for the charge, the judge dismissed and cleared the protection orders againt each other until the court date, but police did not like this and ***** *****ged the applicants statements to their own wording, and his lawyer told him he can not now pleade guilty because the police report, they are pushing for grievous bodily harm, from common assult.the aggreiveds family wanted him to pleade guilty for common assult, get help, so the applicant could leave the state and not return to queensland as the police said if it goes to court i have to go back, they did not want the aggrieved to return, so we come to this agreement, trying to see what was best for both parties, as the applicant and respondent would like to try and consummate their relashionship in another state away from negative influences, and hope to come to some agreement with the judge, can this still happen?

Not on going, it happend twice, i did not think properly, i did not want him to go to jail, i wanted him to get a fine, i did not think, we would get back together.
