Is the fence on the actual boundary?
Hello, Sorry, needed to be clear.
Look if the fence is sound quality, and they want to replace the fence, then it is on them to make payment of the repair / replacement. Any court ill make that order.
Regardless it being a fence for the pool, it is a boundary fence.
If it needs replacing, then sadly a court will make you pay the share.
