My friend is in the...

My friend is in the family court of Victoria seeking to get custody of his precious children.It has just this evening been revealed to the Court and all those involved, that DHHS initially denied the existence of an extremely important document, but now the Court has the document which shows that DHHS has edited and forged the original document.Two extremely high up people in DHHS are signatories to the forged document.What can the judge do in disciplining the two senior DHHS folk?Thank you for your assistance.Paul.

Paul, can you tell me exactly what DHS has done in regards ***** ***** conduct? Is it just the four documents and cannot be proved they actually did forge the signature is on those documents?

John, there are actually two documents.The first document dated on xxx, is the 'official' edited and forged document, which was provided to the court.My friend has the other document which is the original document which has the same date and is identical to the document that was provided to court, BUT this document being unedited shows that DHHS needed to hide evidence, hence they forged the document that was presented to court.I hope this makes sense.Thank you John.The court has now sited both documents.

Where it is proven that the documents are forged, the court will severely punish DHS and the relevant department employees.

Such punishment could be sanctions raised against the employees resulting in punishment by fines, loss of employment, compensation payable to the other party, because it has a broad power in respect to issuing punishment according.

Hard to tell exactly what punishment will be applied because it all depends on the actual form itself that has been fraudulently changed or modified, and who was the department head that was in relation to the Pacific incident, and so forth Your Nextep in order to determine what type of penalties would apply is to have the documents taken to your local lawyer who then can assess the documents for their integrity as in regard to the frozen activity and the consequential impact as a result.Hard to tell exactly what punishment will be applied because it all depends on the actual form itself that has been fraudulently changed or modified, and who was the department head that was in relation to the Pacific incident, and so forth

Thank you John for your very thorough explanation. I do appreciate that.This forged document which cannot be denied, is absolutely crucial to Jeff's case.The hearing will continue tomorrow, but the judge has been asked by the ICL to stand down the matter, because of the extremely serious content of the documents (each one different). The request is made so that there will need to be discussion regarding this new evidence provided to everyone this afternoon.There has been some correspondence today between the ICL barrister, and the senior lawyer at DHHS. What is amazing is that DHHS has even denied Subpoenas that the ICL barrister sent to DHS to Produce the documents = absolutely unbelievable. The fact that the Subpoenas were sent/given is documented.
