Good Morning
Yes using the conveyancer is ok fro the transfer but they cannot change the orders.
If he buys your half share there is stamp duty payable and you will pay CGT on your half share sold.
You will need a valuation of the land showing the market value and he will pay stamp duty on 50% of that value and you will pay CGT and the 50% value
You have to speak to a solicitor about what they will charge to have the orders amended by consent.
