Kris ******13 Gulliver Drive Officer Melbourne, ******** k******@gmail.com 17/08/2019 Team Leader Mr Simon ********Commission for children and young people Level +*******elbourne, 3000 Dear Team Leader:Mr Simon *******I have serious concern, about my son Hunter Spence, Born 01/06/2015. in referring to Department Human Services Dandenong, Kingship care for my son . l am writing to u to express my, about recent and past , that I have spoken to, Robyn Brooke from CCYP back on 30th July 2018, 23rd July 2018 , as well Department of Human services have been informed by father as has DHHS ,Team leaders ,Management DHHS , Minister of Families and children. Minister for youth affairs, VACCA. Referring to the emotional, psychological harm, possible physical child abuse ,Neglect as the father I am very concern that if this keeps been ignored, that the long term impact to my son could affect Hunter for the rest of his life considering this has been a regular issues that I as father have been asking this to stop, as this parties are Going to destroy hunter for the rest of his life ,how is this in the best interest of Hunter. However , I do not believe if this is to be ignored or sweep under the carpet as the Department of human services these issues go back from start of this case right back in 2015 throw to this current day. This is due to the negligence and poor management and action of these parties, handling of this case the, Workers and carer by their duties by not protecting, Hunter nor Under Convention of human rights children and their families s17 up charter have been denied. where I believe that this parties have failed these concerns as a father alleged why these issues have been Occurring over the last 4 years This is why investigation needs to happen referring to misconduct within this matter. here are some Incidents that have occurred, As the father a what father wouldn't speak up for their child what child wouldn't speak out for his father Example Date of injury 17-7-2015 18th December 2015. 10th. 16th March 2016. 27th March 2017. 3rd April 2017. 22nd April- 26th April-4-2017. 28th August 2017 11th November 2017. 11th , 12th December 2017 Note and their many more dates Hunter sick 2016 (Hunter miss Contact) Jan 3 day. 2 No Medical certificate - Feb 7days 2 day No Medical certificate March 11 days 7 days No Medical certificate April QEC May 4 days 1 day No medical certificate - June 12 days 5 day No medical certificate What is prompt Me to write this letter is the concerning information Did I have rain in the court reports taking the 05th March 2019 under the part Engagement with the psychologist. Child Protection and Becca received a letter from Miss Catherine McPhees who is that paediatric psychologist Involved with Hunter this letter outline observation of Hunter and who recommendations regarding contact Miss McPhees described how to as a vigilant and caution when discussing contact with Mr Tyers. It was McPhees recommendation that contact remain consistent and predictable to minimise dysregulation post contact with Mr Tyers, also did not have a problem with contact been at the father's home. Example • Department made contact with Miss Mcphee on the 03/07/2019 to discuss her involvement with Hunter. Miss McPhee's was aware that the carer has observed some periods of dysregulation following contact, such as hiding under the bed, being clingy, asking several questions regarding contact such as when carer will pick him up as if to reassure himself. • Ms McPhee reiterated her recommendation regarding having contact consistent and predictable for Hunter. she also stated that she was of the. View that changes would unsettle Hunter • Ms Rhyne stated to department about varying matters particularly Hunter contact with Mr Tyers. In discussion with Mrs Rhyne regarding Hunter presentation before and after contact • Mis Rhyan. Indicated that had been occasions where Hunter had b… read more
