I'm looking for professional advice. I'm in Melbourne VIC.
I'm dealing with my previous land lord. I left her property 2 month ago and went to a dispute in VCAT. The reason was because she said the conditions of the property was not right. the outcome of the hearing was for her to pay my bond back. not the total amount which I agreed. However she didn't pay my bond back and today I was confronted by her at my work place. She wanted to give some documents but at the same time yelling my employees inside the work place which is not right at all. I didn't want to receive anything from her under these conditions. So now she's saying that I am in trouble and she said she's going to take me to the high court in the next days. I don't know what to to, I don't know how to proceed and that is why I looking for professional advice.… read more
