Each time l phone the special number l have to go through an endless series of voice messages. Finally a technician was booked to come today between 2pm and 5pm .This was confirmed today When no one arrived l rang again and have been told there was no booking for today that it was for tomorrow morning However when the booking was made l specifically made it for Tuesday 11th as on a Wednesday lam in hospital having dialysis The Telstra consultant l spoke with this evening said l didn't need the landline as any incoming calls are diverted to my mobile. I am wanting to cancel Telstra but will cost me $500+ to do so. I got a phone call from them early this year re NBN etc and got a new connection cheaper than the old plus extra $10 for Foxtel...awesome. I was paying an extra $26/month. Alot of back and forth and finally last week, I am guessing they have finally fixed the problem and a $74.00 credit is due. All cool.
