I’m a Disability Support Worker, My Client Has Numerous

Hi my Name is*****(###) ###-####I’m a Disability Support Worker, My Client Has Numerous Physical, Mental Health issues,,She has been on a NDIS package for 2 years and Lived with her sister, Since September 12th she has had No Support on outings or Doctors, Physios , psychologists Etc... The Company I work for won’t allow me to work and support her , as her funds apparently ran out “ die to not being managed properly, This is NOT her Fault, This is Negligence from NDIA . Her Care Co Ordinator apparently had No idea this was going to happen ? “ Her NDIS plan is in review n the reassessment process, We all had a meeting with a NDIA planner on September 30th 2:00pm ( my Boss said I could Support her but not be Paid- which I did ) 2 of us attended with my client @ the Wollongong offices Her Sister , Aunty , myself , her other Support Worker plus 2,members from the Illawarra advocacy Board were present , 2 days after that meeting she then decided to switch providers - and care co Ordinators she’s had a very traumatic Stressful time with her sister she feels, and she ran away at 6:45 one morning, she had been under an enormous amount of Stress, then during a brave act to go outside on her own she had panic attacks , anxiety , and An ambulance was called, took her to Shellharbour mental health facility , then she was transferred to South Coast Private Hospital - She Had realised she couldn’t wait for her SILS House - placement to become available so her n her sister secured a private rental property, thou since the argument and her running away ,and her still placed in Hospital, Her Sister has the keys to the Rental property,, the NDIA agreed September 30th She would Need Support from her Support Workers to be taken to Stores to obtain furniture, a Bed, all household necessities Etc,,,, move take her out and she’s also had No Support Shifts Nil,,, i am trying to get some answers thou jus being given sub standard answers ,, should and could I contact a Lawyer or NSW ombudsman to get something in place,, apparently NDIA are saying it may take another week before her Support is back on and she can finally feel uplifted and empowered integrating into the community once again, please Help Me get some Answers and Action in place

I’m not sure of the agreement or the amount or anything but she is very stressed and sad,, she feels isolated I know her New Care Co Ordinators are FLOURISH at Wollongong I understand there is No court order at all,,

Yes it’s her Birthday this Sunday coming 20th and she is dreadfully sad and feeling isolated,, there’s proof in her Support management plan of her self harming she usually attends a psychologist in Wollongong weekly Heidi
