Okay, the problem is this. I am in the midst of downstairs renovation. Around 15 years ago Foxtel was installed in my 2 storey townhouse. I at the time was not aware they ran the cable across my lounge room floor to the tv point underneath the stairs going up to the 1st floor. the carpet was pulled up the other day and there was the cable exposed across the concrete slab I require Foxtel to come out and fix up the unbelievably shabby workmanship and relocate the cable through the ceiling and down through an internal wall so that I can continue to use Foxtel which I cannot do currently. this is a matter of urgency as the builder cannot continue to lay the tiles on the floor as the cable is in the way

I require a technician to come out asap to relocated the cable properly as is what they should have done in the first place and not do it the easy option. Other townhouses where I live have had Foxtel installed but done properly. that is all I am asking please

Not really, it is all very straight forward except they may have to fiddle around relocating the cable where is is not visible inside the unit i have just had an electrician here and he said that he is unable to touch anything installed or owned by Foxtel and his advice is to get Foxtel to come back and fix up their work
