I have landlord insurance with Budget Direct insurance
I have landlord insurance with Budget Direct insurance company. My investment apartment had a leak in the connection between the tenant's washing machine and the pipe in my laundry vanity. the apartment flooded causing floating flooring to be ruined, two bedrooms of carpet ruined and skirting board in the kitchen ( located next to the laundry) needs replacing.
