Does it impact on you being able to live in the house?
If they refuse then you can seek compensation if you have suffered any losses.
If it is the same owner of the units you can all band together take the matter to court for a breach

Your action will be in the Magistrates Court for the breach and the terms of the lease will dictate what you can seek as orders.
