I got a speeding ticket fine on August 3,2022 and I didnt want to get the the demerit points added to my license, cause that would result of me getting suspended and I couldn't afford at that time to be suspended. So i had ti nominate someone, but I had no one to nominate to take the points for me. So I went on facebook market to see if anyone is selling their demerit point and to my surprise there is someone selling. I contacted him asked him how much and he told me this X amount for each point and so I gave him the fine number and paid him. The fine was gone on my name, now fast forward to today I get a letter from Fines of Administration asking me to fill up a statutory declaration to prove that it was actually him driving it, but theres no way I can because the guy is no longer on Facebook for me to contact. What do i do from here on now? … read more
