I was assaulted, but didn't go down to police station that
I was assaulted, but didn't go down to police station that night but called them and they didn't give me a case no. But wen o see them after drs appointment the next day. In the interim that person that assaulted me went to police station and lied that I assaulted her and said I was aggressive and intoxicated which was the complete opposite because I only arrived at the property at 7pm and heard they were drinking all day so she was drunk. Now she put a report and got case number ***** is not pressing charges. My question is I did go to police station and they told me that even if they write up a police charge it's not going to go anywhere (they seen my bruises and swells on face) So he said I should leave it coz she's not pressing charges but that's not the point, I'm a quiet person.
