This happened last year at the beginning of my tenancy can I
Hi, This happened last year at the beginning of my tenancy can I still do that or is there a time limit....also as I have had many issues with them, as I said before with the investigation by the rta, and issues with water billing which I took to a dispute resolution as they still kept issuing me with an incorrect water bill, and by the time all of this went to dispute process and it took ages due to covid, they had issued me with 2 breaches....so during the conciliation i asked for the correct water invoice to be sent as well as a signed letter from both the property manager and owner, which I still have not received, and I have been issued with a notice of unresolved dispute...all of this has affected both my sons and my own health, as I had a breakdown after moving.....so now we have been issued with a to leave notice with no grounds and have to leave in August.....There has not been an issue with my rental property, and there is no reason I am being told to leave, other than persuing my rights as a tenant, and this is only part of my tenancy......I have rented for over 25 years and I have never had an issue with any real estate, always got my bond back, until I started with this real estate....please help with any advice... … read more
