Good Morning
You will need probate if you pass as they are in your name
Do you want to pass it onto your current wife and children equally
You need to make sure all this is in the will.
You have to have it drafter by a solicitor to protect her interests. If it is not done correctly then the children will be able to sell and this will result in disputes costing them all money.
But probate will need to be obtained before they can own it.
