I am after legal representation for Tuesday 21 January in
I am after legal representation for Tuesday 21 January in Armadale Courts for a Breach of VRO. It is for my brother who is currently in Hakea Remand Centre. He took his ex partner to court over a VrO she had against him and the VRO has been dropped. He is facing court on Tuesday for breach of VRO when he was found there. When he appeared via video link on Tuesday, the Judge advised him to obtain legal representation (please note that the Judge did not look at the notes at all). Is this something you can assist with and if so, what costs am I looking at?
